The proposed scheme accommodates approximately 22 dwellings in a mix of unit sizes and types, along with commercial use retained in 142,142a & 150 Goldhawk Road. The density and mix of dwellings is in line with the Development Plan Policy, while the bulk and mass of the proposed building should not be contentious and should improve the current situation for some of the adjacent dwellings.
